a lovely stay near the spanish steps
friendly reception convenient bar attentive staff superb location
the reception was friendly. i found the coffee and snacks bar in the hallway so convenient (especially when i needed a little something). one evening, i asked about room service after the kitchen closed, and the staff still brought me some bread and cheese. the location is superb, placing you in the heart of everything.
getting into the building required navigating a few doors, and the keys were sometimes a bit finicky.

the staff helped me with directions and recommendations. i found complimentary snacks available in the afternoon. my room had a minibar stocked with water and juice, a great touch.
The elevator was a bit small. Only one person with luggage could fit at a time.

Really good Stay Near Spanish Steps
major attraction professional staff relaxing area
The location was fantastic. It allowed easy access to the Spanish Steps. Snacks were available all day. I found the outdoor area with the dining area quite relaxing for conversations. The staff displayed utmost professionalism and were always willing to assist beyond my requests.
The small lift only accommodated one person with a suitcase. Some steps existed in the entrance hall. I found these inconveniences a bit challenging with luggage. The Wi-Fi connection was also painfully slow.

Breakfast included a great variety of items and the food was delicious. I had access to coffee and snacks in the hallway of the second building. It was very lovely when needed after a long day.

The staff assisted with airport transportation arrangements during a strike. Reception service was quite friendly and helpful. I appreciated their support. The front desk thoroughly explained the room access process as well as other items.

The room had modern amenities, including wonderful A/C. The bed was comfortable. There was coffee machine with coffee available, as well as croissants. The hotel seemed very secure.
